On June 6 Yazoo’s debut album Upstairs At Eric’s is released in a limited edition. Featuring the 2018 remastering, pressed on Limited Edition Crystal-Clear Vinyl, this seems to be a way of getting the fans and collectors to buy the album yet one more time.

“Released in 1982, Upstairs at Eric’s is the groundbreaking debut album by Yazoo. It features the international hits ‘Don’t Go’ and ‘Only You’, alongside fan favourites ‘Goodbye 70’s’ and ‘Midnight’ plus the haunting ballad ‘Winter Kills’. Produced by Eric Radcliffe and Yazoo, the album is a masterclass in electronic pop, blending Vince Clarke’s innovative synth work with Alison Moyet’s idiosyncratic vocals.
